PastaLab has dedicated itself to one thing: making great pasta the right way. Here, a Pastaio works – the Italian word for someone who makes pasta. In Italy, this is often a role passed down through generations in home kitchens and trattorias, where the craft and flavors are refined over time.
It’s an experience in itself to watch pasta being made from scratch. Great pasta craftsmanship requires time, practice, and dedication – and that craftsmanship is at the core of PastaLab.
Stop by and see PastaLab’s Pastaio in action – and taste the result in a bowl of arrabbiata, bolognese, or carbonara. Just to name a few.
