PARKING AT ZOO

All roads lead (almost) to ZOO – whether you’re arriving by car, public transport or bike.

There are several parking options around ZOO. The nearest car park is directly opposite the main entrance on Roskildevej, and on-street parking is also available along Roskildevej and parts of Søndre Fasanvej.

On busy days, it may be easier to find parking a little further from the entrance. Use the parking map for an overview of the options around ZOO and the current parking regulations. Always check the signs where you park.

Car park opposite the main entrance

Q-Park Zoologisk Have is located at Roskildevej 25–27, directly opposite ZOO’s main entrance. The car park has 69 spaces, including 3 accessible parking spaces, and is open 24 hours a day.

On-street parking around ZOO

On-street parking is available along Roskildevej and on the section of Søndre Fasanvej located in Frederiksberg.

Parking is subject to the current parking regulations in Frederiksberg. Always check the signs where you park. Several of the side streets around ZOO are private, and parking is not permitted for unauthorised vehicles.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

Bus 7A stops right outside the main entrance at Zoologisk Have (Roskildevej). You can also take bus 4A and get off at Roskildevej, Zoologisk Have on Søndre Fasanvej.

If you’re travelling by Metro, take the M1 or M2 to Fasanvej Station, or the M3 to Frederiksberg Allé. From there, you can walk to ZOO or continue by bus.

If you’re travelling by train or S-train, get off at Valby Station. From there, you can walk to ZOO or take bus 4A.

BY BICYCLE

If you’re arriving by bike, you’ll find bicycle racks close to the main entrance on Roskildevej.
