When you open the app, you’ll be asked to log in with your email address and a password.

• Click on “Forgotten password”

• You’ll receive an email with a link where you can set a new password

• Log in with your email address and your new password.

Your Zookort is now ready in the app. You’ll find your Zookort under ‘My ZOO’.

If you have forgotten your password, you can tap the ‘Forgotten password’ button in the app, enter your email address and receive a link to set a new password.

You can buy a physical Zookort for 50 kroner by visiting the Zookort sales desk at the entrance to the Zoo.

On a computer: Click on the person icon in the top right-hand corner of the zoo.dk homepage. Enter your email address and password.

On a mobile: Tap the burger menu (the three lines) in the top right-hand corner of the screen. A menu will then drop down, and you will now be able to see the green person icon, which is used to log in.

Click on the ‘Forgotten password’ link and you’ll be sent an email allowing you to set a new password – you can then log in and make changes to your details and your Zoo card.

You may want to check your spam filter. It could also be because you haven’t linked an email address to your Zookort, or because a different email address is linked to it.

In this case, please contact us at zoo@zoo.dk, and we’ll help you link the correct email address.

Did you have more Zoo cards on your old account than you can see under ‘My Zoo cards’?

This is because those passes have been linked to their own account using the email address you used to set up the Zoo card when you bought it. We can help you consolidate all your Zoo cards into a single account. Simply send an email to zoo@zoo.dk
