Celebrate a birthday or one of life’s other special occasions with a delicious brunch at Copenhagen Zoo and enjoy a cozy moment among lions, camels, and flamingos.

Bistro Ailu

Indulge in delicious treats with a view – enjoy pandas and elephants while you dine.

Time frame example: 10:00–14:00 (duration: 4 hours). The event must start no later than 12:00.

  • Aperitif with salted almonds

  • Scrambled eggs with bacon and chives, and fried sausages

  • Fried potatoes with aioli and smoked paprika

  • Cold-smoked salmon with cream cheese and dill

  • Charcuterie and cheeses with preserves and olives

  • Tomato salad

  • Yoghurt with fruit compote and granola

  • Sliced fruit

  • Blood orange with cane sugar and mint

  • Pancakes with syrup and blueberries

  • Mini croissants and pain au chocolat

  • Bread and butter

  • Filter coffee and tea, as well as juice and iced water ad libitum

Children under 12: half price. Children under 3: free

Summer event at Bistro ailu

KJÆRBØLLINGS HUS

Celebrate your special day with a brunch with a wild twist – right next to lions and flamingos – in the cozy, bright surroundings of Kjærbøllings Hus.

Time frame example: 10:00–14:00 (duration: 4 hours). The event must start no later than 12:00.

  • 3 types of bread with organic butter

  • Croissants and three types of mini Danish pastries

  • Organic skyr with syrup and homemade granola

  • Scrambled organic eggs with browned butter and bacon

  • Salmon tartare from the Faroe Islands with avocado cream

  • Beef brunch sausages with wild garlic and apple

  • Seasonal tart

  • Selection of cheeses from Arla Unika with pickled apricots

  • Crispbread and butter-fried rye bread

  • American pancakes with maple syrup

  • Our own jam made from seasonal fruits and berries

  • Hazelnut spread

  • Seasonal fruit

  • Organic filter coffee and tea, as well as organic apple juice and still or sparkling water

During the final hour, beer, wine, and soft drinks will also be served
