Half-day meeting at Bistro Ailu

5 hours (e.g. 9am-2 pm or 12pm-5pm)

What is included in the meeting package?
Organic coffee and tea, still and sparkling water, and fruit available throughout the day
Butter croissant and skyr with granola and toppings (for morning meetings)
Two-course lunch, including one drink
An afternoon sweet treat (for afternoon meetings)
Admission to the Zoo during normal opening hours
If you would like to make your meeting even wilder, you can add a guided tour with one of our Zoo Guides or arrange for reptiles to visit your meeting room.

Which meeting room would you like to use?
At Kjærbøllings Hus and Bistro Ailu, you can choose from a range of meeting rooms suitable for both small and large events.
Mao Sun meeting room
The Mao Sun meeting room is named after Copenhagen Zoo’s female giant panda and is the largest of Bistro Ailu’s meeting rooms.
Xing Er meeting room
The Xing Er meeting room is the smaller of the two meeting rooms at the panda facility and is named after Copenhagen Zoo’s male giant panda.
Løvetamarinen
Løvetamarinen is a meeting room full of charm and character. The room is situated on the ground floor and is ideal for small and medium-sized meetings.
Balistæren
Balistæren is the largest room in Kjærbøllings Hus and offers views of the Zoo’s pride of lions.
Strandtudsen
Strandtudsen is a bright and well-appointed room on the first floor, suitable for all types of meetings.
Moskusoksen
Muskusoksen is a meeting room on Kjærbølling Hus' first floor and one of the larger meeting rooms in the Zoo.
Næsehornet
Næsehornet is one of the Zoo’s smaller meeting rooms.
