  • Bring dogs or other pets

  • Damage plants or landscaped areas

  • Litter or collect refundable bottles and cans

  • Display threatening or aggressive behaviour

  • Disturb other guests

  • Create excessive noise using radios, musical instruments, megaphones, or similar devices

  • Carry out campaigning or political propaganda

  • Sell goods or distribute printed materials

  • Bring large quantities of beer, wine, or spirits

  • Behave in an intoxicated manner

  • Smoke outside designated smoking areas – this also applies to e-cigarettes

Visitors may be asked to present the contents of their bags and pockets, as well as valid ID, to zoo staff upon request. Misuse of a Zoo Card may result in the card being blocked. Guests must always follow the instructions of zoo staff, and violations of these rules may result in removal from the Zoo.
